【選金設備簡介】

本套選金設備為振動篩+振動溜槽組合式小型選金設備，是我公司根據用戶實際需求進行獨立設計制作而成，具有處理量大、回收率高，設備保養維修方便等特點。

Brief Introduction

This set of mahine is including vibrating screen and gold shaking sluice,design and manufactured by customer’s requirement with high capacity and recovery,convenient maintenance etc.

【選金設備流程概述】

原料通過挖掘機送入上料斗中，通過高壓水沖洗后進入振動篩內進行篩選分級為細料、粗料與廢料三種規格，其中粗料與廢料直接通過廢料輸送機輸送至廢料區域；

細料通過分料溜槽進入兩臺振動溜槽進行回收后，尾料排入廢料池中。

Technological process

The raw material feeding by excavator,then washed by high pressure water and getting into vibrating screen to be separated into 3 sizes,the samller,small&big size,the big and scrap material are getting rid from transporting conveyor.

The smaller and small size getting into gold shaking sluice to recover and scrap material getting rid to the waste pool.
